Quick on the Draw: Book Illustration Workshop

Join this fun guided session, run by professional illustrators Mark Long and Mark Oliver from the House of Illustration, London, based on free association, collage and drawing – and you may end up with your own book!
In this one-off workshop, participants will experiment with developing a story through the production of illustrations using a combination of collage and drawing.

At the end of the session, finished artwork will be 'printed' with the most modern and democratic print technology that continues to influence contemporary illustration and book production - the photocopier! Once bound, the books will be on display at the Gallery and participants will be invited back to see and collect their very own books.

Suitable for ages 8+ and all levels of skills and abilities.
