'Liven up your Meetings' - workshop

Creative tools to enliven your meetings and improve internal communication. Make the most of your time together and use imaginative ways to run effective meetings.

This workshop is suitable for anyone who organises meetings or has influence on how your meetings are run.

We will experiment with different techniques and discuss ways of adapting them to suit your needs. You will leave the workshop with a range of specific tools you can use to enliven your meetings.

The tools will help you to:
Ensure everyone is heard and can contribute
Give variety and keep people engaged
Stimulate and express ideas
Ensure there are clear actions by the end of the meeting

Thinking Ground workshops are fun and thought provoking. We make creative use of a range of materials easily found in most work places. You will enjoy a mix of activities that involve sitting, standing and using the space, and interactive activities as a group, in pairs and individually; questioning, listening and sparking ideas off each other.
