Leeds Hospitals - Art works

Dear Leeds Artists,

Since visiting St James’ Hospital as a patient in 2009 I have been involved in a group that tries to make the ‘patient experience’ better, before that I was running the LGI art space TONIC GALLERY.

With my begging hat on I am asking for 2D art pieces to help enhance the waiting areas in the LGI and St James. Currently they lack anything that makes the areas attractive. One thing that would help to improve the waiting areas would be some images. If any artists, out there, would be willing to donate pieces or offer on semi permanent loan (framed or unframed) for the walls of the Breast Cancer screening areas (2) at the LGI or the Radiotherapy areas (3) at St James please contact me on paul.e.hudson@talktalk.net
