upcoming exhibition, anyone know where to get decent, cheap wine

hello,
me and a couple of friends are organising an exhibition at the lumen project space for the beginning of march. details will follow once everything is confirmed. we were wondering where people go for wine usually when organising an art show. is it just a case of going down to oddbins or is there somewhere that'll do decent deals on bulk buys?

http://www.majestic.co.uk/storelocator/store-details/id-445 is where we've used for big do's in the past. you can hire glasses off them too.

if it's smaller (expecting less than 70-100 people) then just get a few boxes from morrisons/asda/wherever.
