Manasamitra: Contemporary and Traditional Indian Dance Performance and Workshop

The Stanley & Audrey Burton Gallery is delighted to join in Spring Fest Leeds by hosting a free performance and workshop by Manasamitra in the fascinating exhibition space of current exhibition ‘Virtually Real’.
Jose Campos founder of London-based collective Do Not Dance UK will be presenting a response in contemporary dance to the exhibition Virtually Real.

The performance will be followed by a workshop with Jose. The workshop will close with a fun-filled energetic dance session to your favourite Bollywood songs. No previous dancing experience is necessary, all are welcome.

Free workshop, but places are limited so please book your place in advance by e-mailing Zsuzsa at libzmp@leeds.ac.uk or by phone (0113) 34 32777. You can also book online at http://indiandanceinthegallery.eventbrite.com.
