Dreams of Art & Science: A talk from James McKay

Join James McKay, illustrator and manager of the Dreams of a low carbon future project as he talks about the complex relationship between Art and Science.

James Mckay is a comic artist and illustrator who works with academic researchers to visualise their ideas. He believes that drawings, paintings, comic strips and models can be a wonderful way to bring challenging science subjects to life in order make them more accessible to the public.

He will also discuss other work crossing the divide between art and science, for example reconstructions of dinosaurs and ancient environments.
