Open Call - VANTAGE art prize *CROSS ART FORM*

Departure Foundation proudly presents VANTAGE art prize:
a cross art form competition held at Ellington House, Leeds Valley Park, 21st February, 7pm.

Occupying 40,000 sq ft of reimagined office space, from its vantage point, the site overlooks the city of Leeds benefiting from stunning panoramic views. The aim of the prize is to energise and empower creative practices within the city of Leeds and act as a catalyst for exceptional talent to develop and shine.

Over 20 successful applicants will present works to be considered for award by a panel of judges. There will also be a public vote available to early birds (5pm-6pm). The winning artists will be announced on the evening of the exhibitions launch, 21st February,​ giving equal opertunity for each work to be seen in their best light.​

The prize is open to all artists working in Leeds via an application form, downloadable from the website. The deadline for applications is 23rd January.
