Leeds Art Exhibition and Sale opens next week in Alwoodley!! Over 800 exhibits on display and for sale!

The 12th Annual Leeds Art Exhibition and Sale is coming up and it’s one of the largest displays of Art in the region!

Rapidly becoming a staple calendar event for all those who appreciate art, the Leeds Annual Art Exhibition and Sale in aid of St Gemma’s Hospice is fast approaching and it’s not one to miss. The event runs from Thursday 25 to Saturday 27 October 10am until 6pm and Sunday 28 October 10am until 4pm at The Grammar School at Leeds. Whether you are an avid art fan or just like a piece because “it looks good” you will have a truly enjoyable experience at this event. With such a huge variety of art on display from modern and contemporary to traditional in a range of media, there really is something to suit all tastes. Not only can you peruse the display of over 800 exhibits which are all hung, framed and available for you to buy, you can also enjoy a fresh tea or coffee and delicious handmade cakes and pastries from the onsite Art Cafe. Entry to the event is just £3 and this includes a souvenir brochure.

This event is an opportunity to start or expand your art collection and buy affordable, original pieces created by both professional and up and coming regional talents. With a percentage of all the sales donated to St Gemma’s Hospice, the event has raised over £160,000 for the charity since it began 12 years ago! Art prices range from just £30 to £700 and can make perfect Christmas, birthday or anniversary gifts.

There will also be a fabulous Pop Up Gift Shop open on the Saturday and Sunday selling beautiful gift ideas and home ware; perfect for the lead up to Christmas shopping!
